When It's Time To Cut the Rope...

A lot of people will agree that love isn't just a journey of happy endings. In fact, if you happened to watch the interview of the Queen of Comedy - AiAi to her recent break up with her husband, you will feel the pain that everyone of us is capable of feeling. Heartbreaks as they say is a part of relationship, Tell me who among here aren't experiencing arguments over your significant others and who among here aren't prone to heartbreak's?

When i was nursing a broken heart to my first bf, i remember having the perspective that maybe it's already the end of the world. I was like feeling depressed and bitter over the fact that he already found someone new and i was never the woman he has been dreaming all along. See, how painful that fact is and waking up each morning is far worst and sleeping is like a medicine. Like how i was born, cuddling with my pillow was my ultimate resort. I cried until my tears get dry and i pray for as long as i remember. True as they say, when you used with the pain already, there will be just a morning that will come that everything seems to be getting fine.

I admit, i rush unto finding a new lover as im afraid in being tagged as single and unhappy while my former lover was enjoying his new flame. Being a brat and immature, i entertained dating after a week and enjoy men's company. But then, after the day ends, i find myself alone and weeping as i can't understand myself thinking my ex still and moving on will never happen overnight.

I remember seeking counselling and enjoying my friends company a lot more. We watched movies, we did bar hopping and we traveled a lot. Yes, it helps but the most essential thing i learned is being with the people who makes you happy will eventually makes you a little better everyday until you eventually realize how your happiness is important and one day at a time, i forgot the pain and packed the pieces of those broken heart to eventually saying goodbye and cutting the rope that attached me to him.

For me, i found myself brave as i manage to surpass that stage but what amazed me is the realization that i can move on with just the thought of making myself happy and not doing it for the sake of letting him know that i moved on. At that, i just find this tips really helpful:

When It's Time To Let Go

1. If the thought of breaking up enters your mind more than once
2. When you start paying more attention to someone else
3. You want kids. He doesn’t.
4. If you haven’t been happy for a long time
5. When it gets dangerous
6. When you don’t trust him anymore
7. You are pressured to stay in the relationship

Cry When You're Hurt

When face at adversity, we ladies tend to be so emotional. I am too and never an exemption. I mean whenever i am feeling blue, someone just makes me down or love problems, i can easily cry because of outburst of emotions. Well, crying as they say does not only cleanse your eyes but will make you feel better as well.

I'm no shame in admitting that i am emotional sometimes and while men wants to project that image of masculinity, i still buy the idea that crying doesn't makes you less of a woman nor a man.Do you think showing other people that you are weak, is something that you need to keep[ or hide. I don't think so - the strength of a woman or a man cannot be measured on how he reacts to shortcomings nor can never be measured in any benchmark in as far as emotions are concerned. Tears flow for some reasons and most often than not, it's because of extreme emotions that can never be kept at our heart.

So when you feel like crying or when you are in midst of broken heart then cry until you feel better. Don't kep it within as it more dangerous just making it stay for so long. Talk to your friends and let them know you're hurting, as it's only through tears or emotions that we feel more of a human.

What Not To Do When Stressed

Stress truly makes you a little in chaos. Why i say that? I remember my marketing days where i was deprived of sleep and truly i couldn't withstand a day without getting a sweet or ice cream for that. I don't know why i acted like that but it helps when you have something sweet to munch.

Just now, i realized that there are things you need to control when you are stressed. I knew you are aware if you need a little rest, don't you? At least checking out the best way to lessen mood shift will help a lot:

1. Stop Craving for Sweets

As they say, stress in one reason why you gain uncontrollably and i think i personally experience that. Just imagine getting a  box of chocolate and putting it at my drawer.

2. Control Your Emotion

Being deprived of sleep of anything that bothers you makes you angry easily. Do You experience suich? I do especially if im in between errands and i knew i still have lots of things to do, when someone triggers my patience, i can easily react and that i can't control my emotions anymore.

3. Never Decide when Your Stress

Never make a decision when your in the midst stress. I mean sometimes our feeling control our decision making and oftentimes we fail to weigh down things. Just make yourself rested first before making any decision.
